****** KANE placed 10th OVERALL in the 2006 USBCHA Sheepdog National Nursery Finals****

Kane was born in Dec 2003. I owned his full brother Mick (from a different litter) and loved him so much that I got Kane. As a pup, Kane was a handful. Full of himself and like a teenager boy!! But he soon learned manners and became a good dog.
He started to work sheep with me and then went to Ron Green for cattle work. Ron loved that dog so much. he did great ground work with him and made him a great Cowdog.
He did summer sheep camp work here and was exposed to all sorts of chores and hard work. Then Kane went to training camp with Scott Glen.
Scott ran him in 2006 in Nursery and ProNovice classes. He qualified him for Nursery Nationals and then he ran him at the USBCHA Nursery Sheepdog Nationals Finals.
In the first go round, he tied for first place but lost on outwork so placed 2nd. On the 2nd go round, he place 10th in the Nation. We were very proud of Scott and Kane and much thanks to Scott for believing in him.
April 2007...in his First cowdog trial and in the OPEN class, Kane placed 4th!! He also ran very well at Bonina in May 2007.
Ron has been running Kane on cattle. Diane and Ron co-own Kane
